Humtap, Inc. (“Humtap” or “we”) shares the concerns of users of Humtap’s applications and

websites (“you”) about the protection of your personal information. This is Humtap’s policy

regarding the privacy of information we collect inside our applications and websites. This privacy

policy applies to the Humtap.com website and all of the internet-accessible web properties and

applications owned or operated by Humtap. This policy does not apply to the practices of

companies that Humtap does not own or control. This policy includes examples of the types of

information Humtap collects, and the kinds of parties with whom Humtap shares such

INFORMATION HUMTAP GATHERS AND HOW HUMTAP USES IT

Humtap collects certain information from you in order to provide you with the most interesting

and useful applications and websites possible.

IOS OR ANDROID PLATFORMS

When you use Humtap applications, Humtap collects your unique device ID, hardware type,

the version of your operating system, your activity within our application, and your location

(based on opt-in location-based services, which rely upon a device’s GPS coordinates)

PLATFORMS/THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACES

Third-party libraries included in Humtap applications will collect device information and user

activity within the application. Third-party platforms and marketplaces through which

Humtap applications are made available, may collect information about you or receive

information from Humtap in order to provide or analyze their services. These third-party

platforms and marketplaces are neither developed nor administered by Humtap and Humtap

is not responsible for the actions of those third-parties. You should carefully review the terms

of service and privacy policies of such third-parties that you use to access Humtap

applications.

FACEBOOK CONNECT

If you sign into Humtap applications with Facebook Connect, Humtap will collect

information that is visible via your Facebook account such as: (1) your first and last name, (2)

your Facebook ID, (3) your profile picture/URL, and (4) your list of Facebook friends. Your

name will be primarily used for user registration and in social features, which may include

friend-to-friend interaction, chat, or messaging functionality, public leaderboards, head-to-
head competition and other similar features.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Humtap uses Google Analytics’ Demographics and Interest Reporting feature to collect

information about use of the Humtap.com website. Google Analytics collects information

such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other

sites they used prior to coming to this site. Humtap will not facilitate the merging of

personally-identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information collected

through Google Analytics unless Humtap has robust notice of, and Your prior consent to, that

merger. You may opt-out of Google Analytics tracking with the Google Analytics opt-out

browser add-on.

IN-APP DIALOG BOXES

When you register in Humtap applications, Humtap may ask whether you’d like to provide us

with certain pieces of information, which could include your email and username. We will do

this through in-app dialog boxes.

Humtap uses user information and/or unique device IDs to understand usage of our applications

and troubleshoot and improve our applications.

Humtap uses contact information to update you on Humtap products, provide customer support,

and connect you to other users of our applications.

Humtap uses your IP address to identify you, to gather demographic information that helps us

understand how you and our other customers use our website and applications, and to administer

our website.

Humtap sometimes conducts or sponsor surveys and contests. If you elect to participate, Humtap

may ask you for contact, demographic, and other information as part of these offerings. Humtap

uses this information to analyze and report on the results of surveys, to improve our applications,

and to provide you with the results of the surveys and contests. Participation in surveys and

contests is completely voluntary.

INFORMATION HUMTAP MAY DISCLOSE

Humtap does not sell or disclose personal information about you to other people or nonaffiliated

companies except to provide you with products or services, when we have your permission, or

under the certain circumstances as detailed in this privacy policy.

Humtap shares demographic, profile and other general information about you and our other

customers with our partners on an aggregate basis. This means that we tell our partners general

information about the characteristics of our customer base, but we do not specifically identify a

particular user or visitor or provide the user’s contact information to our partners. Humtap may

share your unique device ID with partners or your location (based on opt-in location-based

services, which rely upon a device’s GPS coordinates).

DISCLOSURES PERMITTED BY LAW

• Humtap provides information on a confidential basis to nonaffiliated companies Humtap

engages as contractors or agents to perform services for Humtap, such as maintaining

software or administering a contest. Information will be shared with such contractors only to

the extent reasonably necessary for them to perform services on Humtap’s behalf, and

pursuant to confidentiality obligations;

• Humtap may provide information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process,

from law enforcement agencies or state and federal regulators;

• If Humtap is acquired by or merged with another company, Humtap will notify you before

information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Humtap’s websites use "cookies" which deposit certain record keeping information on your hard

drive. Cookies are used to keep track of your preferences, deliver content specific to your

interests, and for other similar purposes. These cookies can't read other data from your hard drive

or read cookie files created by other sites or applications.

Most browsers are set to accept cookies unless you reconfigure your browser to refuse them or to

notify you when you will have received one. If you do not accept cookies, you will not be able to

use certain features of Humtap’s websites.

PUBLIC FORUMS

Forums, message boards, blogs and/or news groups are available to you through Humtap’s

websites. Please remember that any information disclosed in these areas becomes public

information. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may

receive unsolicited responses. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any of your

personal information in a public forum.
